These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Tile Roof Giveaway (the "Giveaway") offered by A1 Roofing Solutions ("Sponsor"). By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Arizona who meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Must be the legal homeowner of a single-family residential home (rental properties, multi-family units, commercial buildings, and mobile homes are not eligible).
• The home must have a tile roof that requires replacement.
• The roof size must be 30 squares (3,000 square feet) or less.
• The home must be located within the A1 Roofing Solutions service area.
• The homeowner must agree to a free roof inspection conducted by A1 Roofing Solutions prior to winner selection.
• Must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of A1 Roofing Solutions.

The Giveaway begins on [Today’s Date] at 9:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 5:00 PM (the "Entry Period").

All entries must be received before the deadline. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

To participate, individuals must:

1. Visit the A1 Roofing Solutions booth at the designated home show or event.
2. Complete an official entry form, including full name, home address, phone number, and email.
3. Schedule and complete a free roof inspection with A1 Roofing Solutions before the winner selection date.
4. Take note of your inspection number – This number will be used in the drawing.
5. No purchase is required to enter. Purchasing any service or product does not improve the chances of winning.

• Only one entry per household is allowed.
• Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Entries containing false information will be void.

• One (1) winner will receive a free tile roof replacement (materials and labor) valued at up to $15,000.
• The prize includes:
  • Removal of the existing underlayment and installation of new underlayment.
  • Basic roof repairs as determined necessary by A1 Roofing Solutions.
  • Installation of standard roofing materials.

• Maximum prize value is $15,000. If the market price for the winner’s roof replacement exceeds $15,000, the homeowner will be responsible for paying the difference if they wish to complete the entire roof.
• The homeowner may choose to upgrade to a premium roofing material or additional services, but any costs exceeding $15,000 must be paid by the homeowner.
• The prize does not include structural repairs, additional materials beyond 30 squares, or any non-roofing related home repairs.
• If the winner refuses the prize or fails to comply with the terms, an alternate winner may be selected.

• The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• The prize is non-transferable and may only be used for the winning property.

• Installation of the free roof must be completed within 6 months of winning, based on A1 Roofing Solutions' availability.
• The winner must schedule the roof installation within 60 days of notification.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, the prize is forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

• The winner will be selected at random using a wheel spin selection method.
• Each entry will be assigned a number based on the order in which the inspection was scheduled:
  • The first person to schedule an inspection will be assigned #1.
  • The second person will be assigned #2, and so on.
• The winner will be drawn on Monday following the Giveaway period.
• Participants must keep track of their inspection number, as this number will be used to determine the winner.

• The winner will be announced on Monday via phone and email.
• The winner must respond within 5 days of notification. If the winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

Before receiving the prize, the selected winner must:

• Provide proof of homeownership (property deed, mortgage statement, or county records).
• Sign a Winner Agreement outlining the scope of work and prize conditions.
• Allow A1 Roofing Solutions to conduct a final pre-installation inspection of the home.

• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.
• The Sponsor is not liable for any permits, HOA approvals, or municipal restrictions affecting the installation.
• The winner agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Allow A1 Roofing Solutions to use their name, image, and home photos for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Allow A1 Roofing Solutions to document the roof installation for advertising purposes.

By entering, participants agree to:

• Release A1 Roofing Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or use of the prize.
• Waive the right to sue for property damage, personal injury, or economic loss related to the prize.
• Acknowledge that roofing work carries inherent risks, and A1 Roofing Solutions is not responsible for unforeseen issues.

A1 Roofing Solutions reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant who violates the Terms or provides false information.
• Cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances affect the fairness of the contest.

• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• A1 Roofing Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Arizona.
